The Bongard AST app goes into the field with the technicians. It provides an easy access to the equipment documentation and the spare parts catalogue. It allows you to:
- Search for product information by entering the serial number or by scanning the QR code
- View the technical and sales documentation of each equipment
- Find easily parts on the catalogue or on exploded views
- Order spare parts online
- Request a warranty for a spare part
- Build up a library with documents accessible offline

This application is offered to Bongard distributors and access is limited to users authorised by Bongard.
